A major update has emerged regarding the return of former WWE Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes, after the injury.
Cody is currently out of action due to an injury. He has not yet fully recovered from the injury which he suffered a few months back.
Cody Rhodes’s last rivalry was with Seth Rollins. They delivered some classic matches and also competed at Hell in a Cell 2022.
Cody had suffered a serious injury before the match at HIAC. However, he fought the match despite being unable to use his right arm.
His condition did not look right at all, but he won the hearts of the fans with his commitment. He took all the shots and fought a long match.
Cody won the match at HIAC but was attacked by Rollins on the following episode of Raw. Since then he has been out of action.
When will Cody Rhodes return to the WWE ring?
If the current report is to be believed, then the American Nightmare can make a comeback at the Royal Rumble 2023. Cody Rhodes might win the next year’s Royal Rumble match as well.
According to the report of Xero News, WWE has prepared a plan for Cody Rhodes. He may return at the Royal Rumble next year.

In some reports, Cody Rhodes is considered a strong contender to win the Rumble match next year. It is being said that he will challenge Roman Reigns by winning the Rumble match.
A dream WrestleMania match between the two would be held. Some reports have stated that Cody Rhodes will end the reign of Roman Reigns at Mania.
Whatever the case, at present, the fans are eagerly waiting for Cody Rhodes’s return in the ring. All the upcoming updates regarding his injury would be important.
